The bank staff ensure that you could never withdraw cash from the two ATMs installed in the branch by turning them off. Then the queue counter is for mango mans only. If you’re inline for deposit or withdrawal the manager will come after every few minutes to deposit or do any transaction of their referrals sitting in the manager’s room. It really sucks. specially the customer service. UBL do something about this Branch.
