I read reviews about staff that was not encouraging I went personally with my family as wife account was inactive because of not using it for last 2-3 yrs. Staff was cooperative and all steps were done with no extra time.

Worst customer service and pathetic staff. I am MCB customer since more than 10 years in pindi and Islamabad branches but i have worst experience with this Lahore Bahria Town Branch. They dont take responsibility of any thing and don't value their customers. Highly unprofessional behavior.
