Home Affairs inside is really slow, when you come for collection they want to deal with all the applications first then only deal with collections, I waited for over an hour before I was assisted and by then people who arrived after me for application appointments were long gone

Just went there today for my son ID first application wow the service I received from the lady in that department is out of this world. Unfortunately I did get her name. Keep it up home affairs dept.

The home affairs section here is entirely useless. I had a booking in April for the capturing of my biometrics and went to the branch only to find one consultant assisting a line if about 30plus people alone. Turns out she did not even capture my biometrics and I'm only finding out recently because DHA is sending me notifications that my passport application will expire if I don't fo to the branch to capture my biometrics. I was there for about an hour, standing outside in the line to be assisted only to find out that was a complete waste of time for me because what I had went there for was not accomplished. Now I am in KZN and cannot go there because I had hopes that the next time I would have to go there would be for the collection of my passport. Now I will have to travel all for something that I had already done because of this places bab service. Very useless branch if you ask me. If I could give zero stars I would.
