I had the best experience with Mandisa today. She is the most helpful Absa employee I have met, and I am truly grateful for her help. I was in and out in record time for a branch visit with all of my issues sorted out.

The security was friendly and helpful... The receptionist desk was unattended the entire time I was there, people didn't even know we're to go... No clue of what was happening and why only 2 people were present to help the customers... The third lady was walking around god know doing what and we had to rearrange ourselves to sort out the confusion. Sadly there is only one start but a zero star is what they deserve 👎🏾

Theodore, the lady who was assisting me lacks customer etiquette service. I don't know if she was in a foul mood this morning or she's just not a morning person but I hated each part of the service she rendered to me. This includes the lack of informative procedure of the process that I was inquiring about.
