After more than a decade of loadshedding, you have not made any means to cater to your clients during loadshedding. Your doors are locked at the branch and your staff sit inside and no attempt is even made to communicate your closure or apologize in any way for the inconvenience. For One of the largest banking groups in the country, this branch leaves much to be desired
Tell KIM to grow some personality and manners before speaking to clients!
Staff don't seem very apathetic to their jobs. Don't bother going to the branch if there is load shedding or a power outage. They close their doors and disappear.
I dont even know what to say, the lady at the front desk sent me from one teller to the other and then that teller sends me to another teller agaain, very rude, this branch is not a good option unless you are looking to have a peacefull day.
I was here on Saturday the 3rd Sept @11:20 and the branch was already closed and your website says you close at 12:30 ....what is going on here...and the lady in front was so rude she just took one look at me and continued with whatever she was doing.
