Can you believe that to confirm documents it can take you upto 1hour 45 min in this branch 1 hour 45min waiting for a consultant to assist Can FNB not find a solution to these delays ?home affairs has become quicker then this

This is by far the worst FNB branch to exist, the staff feel entitled and have a terrible attitude, they disregard everything you have to say and just tell you to call FNB head office, what is the purpose of having a walk in branch then, especially the Indian lady standing at the entrance, I watched her treat customers as lesser and treating them as they are stupid. I waited 30 minutes to collect a card which is also ridiculous. The entire branch needs a reformation with new competent staff that do not hate their job.

The worst FNB branch ever. I waited 2 hours to update my documents which is also ridiculous. They toom 2:30 hours with 1 clients . As a branch they need with new competent staffs

Am not happy with the service that I received in fordsburg branch counter 4 in 19 February at 03:05 I came to collect my card and the indian guy open the envelope and took out my card see and gave me there was a lady am not sure if she was a manager but if get any trouble with my card I promise will comeback for you I thought he was checking something to connect with my phone really poor service ever
