Mpho who attended to me, was courteous, provided clear information, handled everything with great efficiency and ensured a pleasant banking experience. I highly recommend FNB Hyde Park branch, their service is immaculate! I was assisted by Mandlenkosi and he was so thorough and exceeded my expectations as I went there with a single need but he made sure that everything with my account was up to date, he was really pleasant. Other members of staff as well were very friendly.

I was first disappointed by the in accurate waiting time that their ticket system printed. When I was leaving they noticed that and asked me to stay a bit longer which I couldn’t but they took done my details and got the banker to call me. Nandi Mdluli called me and we made an appointment for later on in the day. She was very professional and efficient. The experience was very good. Thank you so much.
