Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. You will wait forever to be attended to. Then one of the consultants will disappear for 30min without any word of why they don’t attend to.
Don't waste your time going to this branch. There is only one consultant and you'll be there the whole day. FNB Main Street are NOT here to help!!! Only got service once I started complaining
The branch is so poorly run. You wait for an hour just to get a ticket. FINALLY you get the ticket after waiting forever, you get to the consultants that lack customer services and passion for their job. Woe this is the worst branch ever..
No friendly customer service. The consultant that assisted me, made me feel so little and that I was asking stupid questions as I need assistance.
