So I have been waiting 30 minutes for someone to attend to me. The number system is completely out of order because I heard 5 number after me that were called. I tried to use their online banking and it's stuck, the reception inside the bank is also terrible so when I try to download the app it just says pending and never completes the download. At this point when I finally do get some assistance, I am actually going to close my account and go over to standard bank who have their app and act together. I can't believe in this new age you still have to wait in a branch card in hand with no clue whether your going to wait 5 minutes or 3 hours. I came in at 13:17 and now it's 14:08 and nothing. Absolutely disgusting. Because of this group it looks like I'm going to be here another hour.
