No drop ins allowed anywhere but in Oslo i think, and the office there is Tiny with long queues. Very bad. Long queues for chat, calling, everyhing is quite not accesible through the bank app. In general, bank customer service sucks since corona because everyone is in lazy home office now, maybe except sparebanken and dnb, which at least i dont have to travel 100km for a simple thing to ask. 2 weeks for a meeting and 1 week for online appointment? Are we serious? Almost all of the branches lack information on google maps, for example Nordea was out completley from Fredrikstad since corona and when I tried calling them in 2021, the lady googled the same address that I did and said its still there in the center. Its not. I told her im in front of the building. Random people on the street that i had to ask said to me that they moved the office out of town towards sarpsborg, on the way to ostfold hallen - it was also not there. The information online is outdated and people on call line

Identification, after receiving this requirement. On the Nordea website and in "my page" it says that you can show up at the bank during opening hours to show identification. On another Nordea website in Moss it says that opening hours are by appointment??? I don't understand this. Do I have to have an appointment? This requirement for identification entailed large costs for me as a pensioner. 450,- for a passport that I didn't need. Travel expenses were almost 1000,-. I have poor mobility and had to use the train and taxi to Oslo. Does the bank cover these "imposed" costs? I have been a customer for over 40 years (formerly Kredittkassen).

Scandalous customer service. 25 min wait on 'quick chat', over an hour wait on service phone. Can't recommend Nordea in any way. Very sad that it has become like this. Been a customer for over 20 years.

Nordea Moss? Scandal, no deposit option, no currency exchange, no coin changer, if you call you get a 25 minute wait, i.e. an inaccessible bank, for customer service.
