I think I've taken the hint when you've sent the same text message 48 times (no kidding) and they keep pouring in! Can't get in touch with customer service, been on the phone for almost an hour! On chat there's a useless bot that can only write "I don't understand"

Nordea has the worst online banking we have ever encountered among several other banks. We will probably switch banks with lower mortgage rates without all these fees.
