The bank is not there and the information is still not updated after years.

Was unlucky/stupid and fell for the well-known "intrum scam" Contacted the bank and reported it. This resulted in me being blocked from my own account. I also had no access to use either bank ID or code chip. (Which is standard procedure) After 6 weeks without bank ID or code chip I have started to receive reminders once a week. I have to accept the answer that the people who work there have so much to do that they just have to apologize. After the 3rd apology I strongly advise against this bank. It's okay to use a bank that at least pretends to care about its customers. The account is still not open and I just have to understand that this takes time. I have 2 acquaintances who made the same mistake as me. Sparebank1 spent 7 and 9 days investigating and restoring the account to normal use. Regards Andreas Skauen
