The online banking is totally garbage. There mobile banking app is worst! I regret opening a bank account with them! I'm closing it very very soon and move my money to a better service

China Bank Paseo is the worst! Waiting time is around 3 hrs. I arrived around 130pm and I was able to finish my transaction around 430pm. Only 1 teller is working considering its monday.

The most un-user friendly bank. They make activating online access to an already existing account so very difficult and complex. And to top it off, when you do finish all the bothersome requirements as if they don't already have your records in the first place, their processing is turtle slow. You have to keep following up and following up for it to even move. This bank is too old school. They have tons of papers to fill out for everything. They will make you fill out long forms in duplicate and triplicate copies even.
