Bad experience yesterday, in the eastwest quiapo branch I had my salary withdrawn due to being on duty, then I made an authorization letter for my staff to claim my salary then it came back to me because they said I didn't have a signature then after I signed it they took it back to the bank by my staff but it still hasn't been withdrawn then I tried another staff to claim then I made another authorization letter then my staff came back again because they said I didn't have a date on the withdrawal slip and the teller said I was the only one who could write the date then my staff came back to me to put a date because that was the only thing missing then my staff came back again to say that he couldn't claim my salary even though I had my authorization letter and what the teller next to the teller my staff was talking to wanted was that I was the only one who could claim, so I had no choice I dropped by the branch just to claim my salary, because I was buying medicine for my condition b
