Service is undeniably very slow. Arrived at 9:35am, there was just 2 person before me but I finished my transaction at exactly 10AM , so if you're in a rush, banking here is a big No No. There's a small air purifier that has eucalyptus scent which is so strong it hurts my eye. There are bank some personnels that keeps on walking around same as the tellers. Although the guard is kind and hospitable.
Excellent customer service. They really look after you in this bank, handing you an icy bottle of mineral water on hot days, and knowing you well enough to give a warm greeting. Seldom crowded so you get your business done quickly.
