Horrible customer service here. I was not allowed inside because I am just a companion of someone who has a transaction. The smell inside stinks. They don't have their own photocopying machine for customers who were instructed to walk outside and find a place to photocopy their IDs.
This bank is poorly not customer oriented the transaction for depositing took 30 minutes and more while people are already lining up outside and enduring the summer heat..not recommended for future depositors.
