What a poor customer service! 5th in que but waited in for almost 45mins! The tellers are doing their balancing or whatever admin it was! I approached the teller how many more minutes will I wait, thats the time she accomodated me!!!!
Was really disappointed. It took me an hour for a single transaction. I didn't even finished my transaction there because I'm in a hurry. The cashier just told me she will just receive the check and will just debit it on my account once the other branch verifies the signature. Should have told me sooner. It only takes me maximum of 10 minutes per transaction in other Unionbank branches.
There are no employees to assist the costumers. The guard just told me to use the tablet. I don't know what I'm supposed to do so I tried filling up something in the tablet then the guard got mad at me for taking too long using the tablet. What a costumer service is this.
Poor service quality. I think their service has a flaw.
What a poor service they have...wasting of lot of time..almost an hour waiting but not serve....
