Hasn't improved, same terrible experience as other reviewers, try other banks
Huge room for improvement in processing time. System bogged down while I was at the counter. I guess we should avoid payroll days. Kuya guard is attentive and courteous.
Supposed to open an account, was 1st in line. However, after almost 30min of waiting, left the branch. Tired of hearing their stories about mikltea and etc while I am wasting my time.
their stuff attitude is very bad I don’t recommend you to here doing any banking service
