I visited last July 4 to request a bank certificate for a visa application. Surprisingly, I wasn't asked for any ID to verify that I'm the owner of the account the document was being requested for. That's a security loophole the staff overlooked.

The UnionBank branch I visited was exceptionally slow. Despite having a spacious office, only two tellers were operational, with one hardly moving at all. It's disappointing and tarnishes UnionBank's reputation as a swift and dependable digital bank.

I would just like to withdraw for an amount that is not allowable in their ATM but it took me an hour waiting and the staff keep on getting people get within their digital queue. Not good at all. I understand the VIP people but there are some people who got within the queue prioritized. Maybe I am just not used to dealing with UB but both their branch and phone service really sucks?

Grabe!!!! Poor bank teller service!!! Im used paying my SSS to Union Bank the very first time I experienced a customer service telling me to go to other bank!! Geezzz!! And I've checked with SSS they do not require PRN for Cash Loan Payment!! No wonder walang taooo!! Service sucks!!!! Go to other branches nlng
