I waited for almost two hours even though there was only a small queue, it was so bad we just left 😭 I understand that seniors/pwd are given priority but we couldn't move forward because more and more people were added to the queue. This is my worst experience at any bank. Really bad. Never again at this branch. hindi na ako babalik sa banko na ito nakakaubos ng pasensya Kahit sana 1rate wala no chice
I tried to ask to the guard, where to open an account via student since I don't have any other ID, He kept insisting that I open through online but I already tried that, that's why I'm at the branch since I don't have any ID., He said "Those are the only ID's They're accepting" Like what?. He insisted and I just left lol. So unhelpful.
Went here 9am just to claim my physical card, it took me 2 hrs. they are not accommodating as well in customer’s inquiries.
Basement parking is available. Airconditioning is very good. Priority / courtesy lane system is questionable. The teller was accommodating when we raised the concern.
Very poor service. They don't follow rhe queueing and have no respect for client's time. Please do not open an account here. Government funds should not be deposited to this bank.
