Worst branch ever. They do not have the sense of urgency to serve the clients. Simple transactions will take you around 10 minutes. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of service from them. They have a lot of staff but everyone has their own world. They do not mind if clients are waiting for more than an hour. Simply the worst!!! Update: still tops my list as the worst branch ever! There are 2 seniors here waiting for their turn for more than an hour already. My goodness! Really they are the slowest bank to transact your banking needs!
I ask the teller if they can exchange my 3000 pesos for 100 bill the response was they can only do so if it worth 10,000 pesos. The security staff are more helpful than the bank teller.
