Very slow transaction, you'll wait for MORE than an hour before they will accomodate you, super slow and won't respect your time. It was a huge mistake to pick this branch, choose other branch and save your time.
They didnt update their closing time on google.. They must close 4:30pm but when i arrived there at 3:30pm the bank is already closed with a sign on the door closes at 3pm😡

My experience with this bank was good. Their service was fast and efficient, and the staff was very polite and friendly. It is true that there is sometimes a wait due to the large number of customers, but if you go early or after lunch, the process usually only takes a few minutes. It is also nice that the employees remember your name when they greet you—it adds to the good feeling as a customer. The branch manager and assistant managers are both efficient, knowledgeable, and approachable. Overall, the service is good and I would recommend this bank.
