We went to this branch for loan application. John Sharp was very kind throughout the process, stay until 5 and explained everything we are meant to be knowing. Thank John for helping us!

No tellers anymore, grumpy staff. One can only asume they are uptight from irritated customers constantly asking why there is no money at the bank, only to be directed to the ATM

Managed to get to one of the few remaining ANZ branches during bank hours to open a joint account. Was told to make an appointment for a future day. Somehow they couldn’t possibly achieve that on the spot, despite most of the other staff standing around doing not much. Nice to see they had so much spare money to give the complete branch a rainforest renovation. Should have spent it on being able to do basic bank functions first. Despite having all banking and home loans with this branch for many years, they couldn’t care less about you. Have since waited on hold for over an hour to try and book an appointment to no avail. Beyond ridiculous, time to look elsewhere

So many complaints,it's difficult to know where to begin. The latest:Went online to book an appointment to discuss some financial matters. I entered my personal details,name,phone number,email address.The system wouldn't accept my real name,so I used a fictitious name which WAS accepted. ANZ,you really are incompetent. An unimpressed ANZ customer and share holder.
