Nice, clean and bright. I came to open a new account and Tenny explained and guided me how to use apps fast and informative. Really recommend this lady.

I received a debit card in the mail that I did not order. When I contacted the phone representatives to see if I could have been the victim of identity theft I was told to present to a branch. Unfortunately there are no branches in Ulladulla and I will have to drive over an hour just to see if I have been the victim of identity theft and how far someone may have gone to try and open an account in my name. When I contacted the branch location with the phone number given to make an appointment there was no response. I can only hope I get somewhere with this before it is too late.

Was served by a wonderful lady named Maria. I had trouble with my limit withdrawal, she was polite, eager to serve me and asked me follow ups if I needed anything else to help my business. She engaged in conversation and I was out within 5 minutes. Thanks Maria, you’re a delight!

Got a general enquiry that probably would take 5 minutes for someone to answer? Sorry, you'll need to book an appointment to speak to someone. I've only been with ANZ for a couple of months and their (severe lack of) customer service is the worst. I visited this branch in the hopes I could talk to a real person to answer a simple question.

As a business customer - I went to deposit some cash and ask some questions in relation to obtaining some new deposit books. A more mature lady at the counter from the moment I entered was rude and spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone, I would suggest her branch manager speaks to her about her attitude towards clients as it was unprofessional.
