Have to say the staff were friendly and very helpful. But I also have to say the the queues where unnecessary long. Surely a bank as large as the ANZ could manage workloads and staffing levels a little better. And I am not the only one to mention this. It was a nice, pleasant branch. Waiting area in the front left corner was comfortable.

Vivian provided us with excellent service because she can speak our language. Our English is not very good, so having her was especially convenient. Thank you Vivian, your service was excellent! Very patient and we are extremely satisfied. I would give her a 10/10!

Came into today to get help logging into an app for a NDIS client I provide support for. Was getting ‘help’ from a lady named Viven there. Was so rude and unprofessional. Got the problem solved but Viven was so rude and made it very obvious she didn’t want to help us or even be there. Not a nice experience, disappointed…

Staff were helpful and friendly but alas another ANZ service was not. Their Credit Card services would appear to be to busy to email my statement as was requested of them so thank you very much for not providing me with the documentation that I really did require on Friday of last week, Monday of this week and now soon to be Wednesday.

Absoulty ridiculous, staff are so rude and unfriendly. I will be changing banks from this experience. 2 times I've been there to withdraw my rent and both times they say there computers are Down, so now I need to walk to a differant branch and low and behold there computers are working fine. They are racist and judgemental they say they can only withdraw 200$. Absolutely bull@#$%
