Total incompetence… cannot speak to anyone regarding my card dispute, cannot reply to their emails…. We are left stranded! Should report them to the ombudsman. Most useless service … waiting now for more than an hour on your 1800 number… listening to this rubbish old music playing again and again! CEO gets fat bonus anyway. Just spoke to the dispute team, after being on hold for 1.5 hours, who were not much help. And why are they in the Phillipines when we have so many battling Aussies looking for jobs? Because it’s cheaper? So the CEO can get an even fatter bonus and the shareholders higher dividends? C’mon Aussies…… wake up. 😴

Was a 15 years ANZ Private customer and finalyl made the move to NAB. ANZ's Know Your Customer "KYC" refresh caused my business much pain and offline nonsense, the platform online is way outdated and their lending risk people are completely irrelevant with ni customer understanding.

Thank you ANZ in that dealing with Suncorp live chat and 13 telling me not only is Medicare Card is not acceptable as ID even those the website says or not and Medicare Card, telling me I have to visit a branch to verify my ID even my ID was verified online I won't be opening an ANZ and Suncorp account 👍👍👍

Absolute incompetence. Literally shifting my entire finances to another service over your bull. This week Anz cancelled my card leaving me unable to buy medication. When queried- "I had 2 cards registered to this account- therefore card has been cancelled" firstly- so what? Secondly- the card you left me with had expired and cant be used?! Thanks for nothing I really wanted to waste my day on hold with your call centre to sort out your stupidity. If it was just this, maybe i wouldnt go through the effort of switching banks but honestly the fact that a bank like anz doesnt have ANY protection and wont allow 2factor authentication, just the poorly rated "anz shield" (seriously your reviews are appalling) i have absolutely zero faith in your capability to offer any protection of my assets. Well done guys 👏
