Bendigo Bank 67 Smith Street Darwin City

After having a very horrible customer experience with the NAB Smith Street Darwin branch, I went to the Bendigo Darwin Branch today to open a business account. The person who assisted me, "Dean," was extremely helpful, and her customer service beyond my expectations.

Poor customer service. Dean is not doing a better service. If you're applying for loans better not to go Bendigo Darwin Branch. All the best!

Awesome, helpful Staff. Definitely go above and beyond! If your not a Bendigo Customer, change to them immediately! They have outstanding service and benefit the local community so much more than the bigger banks!
