Awful customer service and communication around lending changes. Wouldn't schedule an appointment when asked to explain and gave our mortgage broker incorrect information. Their actions have financially impacted my husband and I immensely.

It’s an ideal Bank as well as all your Banking needs you can pay MOT speeding tickets etc,not that you really want to have to pay revenue earning tickets but you can there if you need to!.
