Zoey was absolutely incredible. I urgently needed help, and she went above and beyond for my wife and me — even though she didn’t have to. She made sure our needs were taken care of quickly and with so much kindness. We are truly grateful. Thank you so much, Zoey.

One of the service ladies weren’t being nice to the elderly customers, even when they need help it’s not nice when given an attitude from the lady. She can explain things in a nicer manner and way to make them understand nicely. Everything else was good just a minor in attitudes.

The Cashier Staff are absolutely lovely and pleasant to talk with. They're knowledgeable about their job and are more than willing to do anything in their power to help you. They're willing to ask their colleagues for advice if they are unsure and are understanding if you have difficulties in explaining what you need help with. The several times I've come here has made this my Branch of choice. This branch is a Gem and outstanding for Westpac. Yes, it takes time and you need patience, it's the cost of service. It's not a fast food place.

Honestly useless at answer the phone. I called the branch 3 times a day for a week and left a voice mail. Went through the list of employees and called each of the relevant numbers but still haven't had any communication from them. And yes I was calling within their open hours.
