This is not on this branch, It's Westpac in general. I understand bank fees like account maintenance, however when it's obvious it's not being used why would they charge the customer. Why has the bank not contacted the customer to ask anything really. It's called customer retention and if you care then you try. Westpac, you suck.

Went in to open an account - the most helpful person I have ever experienced in a bank. What a pleasure to deal with folks who are professional, empathetic and kind. Highly recommended

Shambolic Mortgage Service. Renewed our Mortgage with Westpac for the second and last time. They managed to mess up the paperwork and failed to explain an outstanding (interest free) loan would need to be paid off before the new mortgage could start. They wanted us to move it onto the new mortgage and pay interest on it?! In the end they agreed to reinstate the 0% loan but the entire process was so complicated with signing new documents that took over a month to sort out. A complete mess. Never again.

Worst service ever from this branch in particular. No help whatsoever for exisiting companies thank you for making me choose ANZ 👍👍

20 minutes wait time is a disgrace ! I am fed up with listening to robots. It is faster to drive to my branch to ask a simple question ! W A Smith
