IBK기업은행 김해중앙 1118-4 Nae-dong Gimhae

This is the Gimhae branch of IBK Industrial Bank, which primarily serves corporate clients. Because IBK is more of a public enterprise than other banks, its processing speed tends to be slower and more conservative than other branches. Compared to major commercial banks like Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, and Woori Bank, it falls short in many areas. However, the Gimhae branch itself is clean and easily accessible, and there's convenient, if paid, private parking nearby. While the employees are dedicated, IBK's system itself is conservative and somewhat slow, leading to frequent customer complaints.

Other branches are not like that, but this branch's staff doesn't even know much about their products. It takes 50 minutes to open a bankbook. It's also slow. I don't want to go anywhere except for the ATM.
