Without a doubt the worst customer service of any bank I have ever been with. A line up to the door and staff just wandering around not helping absolutely hopeless

Sheree Millar was exceptional for us today. Even though we came in way too early for our appointment she welcomed us in a way like I’m in her house. She helped us with everything we needed, so patiently. I was seriously considering another bank with the service I got from Bayfair Branch which I think is so understaffed and no welcome from any one there!! So ASB Bank, Sheree saved the day for the bank. I can now tell people of the greatest Bank branch in Tauranga 👍👍

My Husband and myself visited the ASB to discuss a top up. We had a personal Banker Agnieszka be assigned to us. Agnieszka was amazing she not only was un judgmental but supportive, caring and also made the experience stress free. The ASB have an asset in an employee as Agnieszka. Thank you

Very helpful! Im feom out of town and needed to change some money into smaller notes and coins. I fidst went to ANZ they outright refused me because i had to me a customer of theres!
