I went to replace my expired debit card two days ago. They told me to use the self-service machine with help from a CS, but it was a mess. One person before me had to scan her ID and fingerprint few times, but the screen lagged badly and showed an error. The CS blamed it on the government system (Dukcapil), but then I heard another CS say it was actually their own system. They even told us to come back later before closing because they couldn’t process cards manually. But I asked the CS to just try scanning my ID and fingerprint and it somehow worked. And then, ironically, the final screen just told me to go back to the CS to pick up the card manually. The card pickup was another headache. What annoyed me was the CS (initial Y) pushing me to invest in their new Obligation series. I told her I’d already invested in another one, but she kept insisting, even saying “Please help me, help the CS.” She went as far as touching my phone, asking me to open the app and input a promo code.
