Amazing customer service. I went in today & spoke with a lovely lady. She was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went over & above to help show me how to use the ASB app and she was more then happy to answer all my questions I had (as I am a new customer). Thank you ASB!

We were treated with kindness and compassion. I believe this helped put my husband’s mind at ease knowing we would be okay.

During my visit, I encountered issues while trying to open an account. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the process and were unable to resolve the matter effectively. After struggling with this issue, I decided to check the official website myself and managed to resolve the account creation problem on my own. It is disappointing that the staff, who should be well-trained in their roles, were not able to assist me adequately. I believe that such a lack of professionalism and expertise negatively affects the customer experience. I kindly request that you address this matter by providing additional training to your staff to ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.

The only problem is why there isn't one in Stratford. And their smart ATM is always in out of service i think they should put more then one ASB ATM in New Plymouth

Very very unsatisfied with the bad service here. I think your staff need more training and should know what they are actually doing at work. I've had a very bad customer service experience, and also since we applied for visa debit cards for our business it has been a nightmare I should say. Took us 3weeks now to wait for our cards. We've contacted them through phone, email, they only say, cards have been sent out..." sent out where?? " then ordered new ones, same thing, have to another 3weeks for them to arrive 🤦🏾‍♀️ so bad 👎 Like, does it take 3months to issue business cards and to be delivered? Really ASB New Plymouth ??? Is this the new level of your service?? 😡 🤬 I'm done, I would never recommend this bank to any of my families or friends
