Today, I changed my debit card, but the Customer Service who served me (forgot her name) asked impolite and sensitive question. She bluntly out of nowhere asked whether my kid has worked or not. She saw my BOD on my ID Card, and at my age if I had a kid then my kid would be max 15 years old. If you want a (profesional) small-talk to a customer, would be better ask in general light conversation, about work place or weather.
First time I met Ibu Rotua (known as Ibu Roro as well), was 2 years ago (2022) at CIMB NIAGA WTC SUDIRMAN, and she patiently solved my banking problems. And last month, with such a short notice, I was again, gave her troubles, as I needed the bank reference for visa purpose. Just FINISH ON TIME. Thank you so much for your kind support and attention and pls send my warmest regards to your Managar as well.
