The service is incredibly slow. There are many people waiting, and the staff are doing everything but their jobs.
Every time I have to go to Banco Estado, I have to come to this branch because it's the closest to my work. I used to collect my paycheck here, and the wait was at least three hours. This time, I had to come back to update my phone number, and it was a two-hour wait for something so simple. They should organize this better and assign an account manager to handle requests that they know will take less time. 🙏👍
I don't understand why they can't extend their hours and improve their service time. We've been waiting for over an hour and we still have a long way to go before we can be served, and the place is about to close.
This branch is far too small for the volume of customers. I'm neurodivergent and I don't see any indication of preferential treatment. This branch needs improvement as soon as possible.
More than an hour waiting and they leave people staring at the ceiling without helping them.
