The security guard is friendly and answers questions very well. But I want to add that for people who don't like working in customer service, I hope they find another type of job. It's unpleasant when you go to ask questions or complete paperwork and politely ask something, only to be answered rudely, without empathy, and with zero intention of helping, which is precisely what they're there for. Just be a little more courteous.

HORRID!!! They only allow 7 people inside at a time, which is understandable given the pandemic. Outside in the heat, they leave people waiting for over 30 minutes. They could put up an awning! Meanwhile, inside, there are executives doing NOTHING!!!! They're just wandering around "with papers in hand" and doing NOTHING!!!! Customer service is from 9 am to 2 pm; after that, they can just wander around with papers. During these hours, customer service should be a PRIORITY. One person working at the RUT account desk seemed to think they were Google because if you ask them anything, they'd go on for over 30 minutes per person!!! It's unbelievable how little empathy they have for people who are in a hurry and have things to do. The procedures should be quick. I even asked about health issues; they talked about everything, even glands, etc. The customer service area was empty! An elderly woman asked the manager in this area for help, because the wait at this bank is simply a lack of respect

Muy mala atención al público. Fui a abrir una cuenta por primera vez y la ejecutiva que me atendió, no quiso abrirme la cuenta. Me inventó que había realizado la solicitud en línea mala, lo cuál fue mentira. Yo necesitaba mi cuenta ese día y aunque le pedí alguna solución me inventó mil y una excusas para no atenderme recamarcando que fue mi culpa. Adicional la hora y media perdida para que no me ayudara. No conforme a la respuesta de ella me fui hasta otra sucursal en camino el alba y en menos de 10 min me abrieron mi cuenta RUT, una maravilla la atención del joven, el cual no tuvo problema en aceptar mi solicitud y todo estába perfecto. Lamentable la mala atención de la ejecutiva.
