On Monday, there was only one customer service representative. So the queue was incredibly long.
The CS is really slow even though I registered via the app and just picked up the card, but it can take more than an hour. If it weren't for the promo, I would really be lazy using this bank.
Please increase the number of ATMs. There are already a few ATMs, but the machines are giving errors. Sometimes the buttons don't respond, like Jamtos, which often gives errors. So, where can I find another ATM? Tell me to go to the market? It's really far. If it's like this, I'll be left behind :)
Slow service, long wait, inconsistent break times, unclear staff
