With lots of teller but just few are working generally so it would be 1 hour or more to wait. Bring your book or be prepare with your favourite playlist to kill time. Suggested visit: came early before lunchtime, otherwise you gonna caught in long queue.

Please improve your customer service, sir/madam. Qoddarullah, in my case, I only picked up my ATM card because I had just opened a new savings account at the Diponegoro branch office. It happened to be in the same direction as Setiabudi, and I had just received the news from the Diponegoro branch, so we went to the nearest location, Setiabudi, at the same time. However, there was only one customer service representative at the Setiabudi branch, and even then, it took a long time to serve one customer. And Qoddarullah, I waited for almost an hour, and it turned out I couldn't get my ATM card at that branch office. Honestly, we were disappointed. The system at each branch office isn't centralized.
