The location is strategic, on Jl. Cempaka Putih Raya, right in front of Warunk Upnormal/Indomart Point. It's not very spacious, but it's clean. The teller is located upstairs. The staff is quite professional, but a bit less friendly with customers. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

BNI Cempaka Putih Bank is located on Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya, next to Foodpedia and Snapy, a photocopy shop. It's also in a row of shophouses with Bakso Boedjangan, and is also close to the area's legendary meatballs, Bakso Taman Solo. Across from it is Warung Upnormal, and BNI Bank has an ATM, but only for cash withdrawals; there are no cash deposits.
