Honest review, I came here because I wanted to transfer money from a dormant account (which has been dormant for 5 years but not dead) to a BNI account that is still active, then I want to deactivate the dormant account so that there are no wrong transfers. Activating the dormant account is possible, but deactivating the account requires going to the account's original location (Malang) because I don't know where the savings book is. It's been 5 years since I received a scholarship using that account (not a solution). It's a shame the staff didn't properly direct the customer. I needed to go to the teller to transfer money, but because the book was out of print, I was advised to print a new one. The teller said I could print the book directly (to customer service) without having to queue. But the security guard said I had to queue again (for customer service). So the wait was even longer. It's a shame that technicalities like this aren't properly addressed.
