The service is crazy, huh? Is it because I came at 2:40 PM that they're lazy to serve me? I want to print a card, but I can't use the excuse that I opened an account at another branch. You're so unethical, Christian.
The service is TOP, the CS and tellers are very fast, the management is also very good, it's really cool
Both the teller and the manager were rude. The service was unfriendly. I was made to queue twice, even though the transaction process didn't take as long as other banks. Oh my, this is my first time encountering a bank like this.
Security is good, parking is spacious. BUT, there are very few employees, 1 customer service representative per teller, resulting in very long queues even though there are only a few customers. Please increase the number of customers, or at least improve the mobile banking application so that you don't have to go to the branch office every time.
I have a welfare card here, they said I would receive a notification within 2 weeks, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received any news, and I can't get the bank number when I call. Please provide information.
