Hello, I applied for the Acua card here, but I'm going to return it. I made only one purchase electronically, and they added unemployment insurance to my account without informing me, charging me 21,200 pesos. Also, on the fifth day after receiving it, I tried to make a purchase in person, but I couldn't because the card's chip was defective. I went to get it replaced, and they charged me 21,000 pesos for the replacement, even though the card they gave me was defective. I also had to pay to bring my account up to date. They told me I could call and cancel it 24 hours after the payment. Then, 24 hours later, they charged me another 500 pesos, and I don't know why. Honestly, it's frustrating. If this is how it's starting, I can't imagine what will happen later.

It's a terrible place. It's the complete opposite of what the institution promotes, pretending to be tech-savvy. They're the most unprofessional people you can imagine. Lines for pointless procedures that other institutions can do through their apps. Huge lines just to speak to a single advisor, lines to pay loans, long lines for everything, and worst of all, everyone is rude. And that's not even counting extended hours; they stop serving customers after 4 PM. I hope you never have to go there. I don't recommend it.

Terrible service. Out of an hour and a half wait to be called back, only one customer's request was resolved. Everyone else was given the runaround and transferred to another line. Extremely slow and inefficient. The advisors give the bank a very bad name.

Details that raise suspicion: an acquaintance went to withdraw money, and the cashier insisted until the very last moment that they take the cash, even though they repeatedly explained that they were withdrawing from one account and opening another. She made excuse after excuse, practically forcing them to leave with the money, but the person who actually made the withdrawal knew exactly what to do. This attitude leaves much to be desired.
