Terrible service. The office was packed with customers, and they didn't even have a fan for so many people. There were only two tellers, and they could wait up to half an hour with a single customer. And management's response was anything but pleasant. The worst bank in Colombia.

Terrible customer service. I don't understand why they make you take a number if the staff doesn't respect it. I waited for over three hours with number 87 and never heard anyone call numbers 85 or 86. However, the staff member was helping people who hadn't even taken a number, skipping the line and showing disrespect to those of us who had followed the proper procedure. Very poor organization and a complete lack of respect for the customer's time.

They're always broken down; this bank is the worst, and I say that because they don't have emergency support so their customers don't have to go to another town.

Terrible service. They're uninformed. They refused to accept my vehicle registration clearance certificate even though they told me on the phone that I needed to bring it. The manager supposedly said the certificate of release of lien should be addressed to BBVA, but the vehicle registration office doesn't issue these types of documents. At another branch, they told me I only needed to bring the document to expedite the process. They play games with information, and besides being slow, they don't help resolve anything. The offices are incredibly slow; it feels like you're begging for handouts. I don't understand how an organization can have a union with such inept employees.
