This was the first time I asked my wife to deposit money at a bank and the customer was asked to arrange the money themselves. The money was neatly tied up, and sometimes only the image was upside down. The bank wasn't busy either. I chose to deposit here because I was in a hurry and didn't have to wait in the long lines they promised (a different colored card would get me first in line). It turned out to be a waste of time.

The customer service staff waited an hour. Ibrahim's security guard said they didn't need a queue number. After waiting in two queues, when it was my turn, two women immediately took it, claiming the signature was for opening a new account later. So, the signature was more important than opening a new account????????? There was only one customer service representative and a woman, and the wait took over an hour for two customers. The bank was quiet, with many staff members, but they seemed busy from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM. Disappointing service at Permata Bank in Juanda. I waited and canceled after an hour to sign another customer.

Aq heran dengan system mrk yg bank swasta bukan bank kecil,setor uang ber ikat2 malah nasabah disuru susun Kalau seandainya sy setor 50 ikat apa ga makan waktu tll lama? Bukannya susun uang itu tugas petugas bank? Kita sebagai nasabah taunya uang yg di setor cocok dengan yang di input ke rekening kita Setor kok jadi ribet ya? Jadinya ga menghargai waktu kita dehh,apa bank ini gak training karyawannya?
