Security was friendly, But the service was quite slow. The first queue from 8:00 to 9:30 was not yet completed. Even though there was no queue.

One of the private banks with good service. The office is clean. It's a bit small, though. I happened to come during a quiet time. I couldn't imagine it would be busy. But now the service is excellent. Banking is now online to make transactions easier for customers. I'd recommend that the staff be friendlier. Excellent service is delivered with a smile, including the security.
