Poor service, unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. My account was locked and needed to be unlocked today, but I was told to wait until tomorrow to use the app. After deciding to leave, I was offered help through the customer service computer. They said my account was locked and needed to be unlocked through customer service. Why wasn't they helped from the start, instead they handed it over to security? Several visits to this branch. Poor service.

Friendly, my app seems to be blocked and can't be used. I have to wait 24 hours. After waiting, it still doesn't work.
