The service is all friendly, from security, customer service, and tellers. I've been using Permata Bank's Mayor Oking branch since 2020. I don't know who it is, the woman wearing glasses, with a curly hair, has a very unfriendly face, no smile, and her smile makes me reluctant *maybe the branch manager* I wanted to replace my ATM card, but I knew there would be an admin fee, and they also said they wanted to make a deposit. Usually, paying cash or debit is fine. Earlier, because I wanted to make a deposit, they said to just debit it, which is fine. When I finished making the deposit, I was called, as if I hadn't paid (?). They said they wanted to debit it straight away, so I deposited all the cash. Now, how do I ask for cash? I just said to debit it straight away, I didn't listen to anyone. If you want to debit, just debit it, it's really complicated. Don't sound like I'm like a thief who doesn't pay admin, your tone isn't nice with a facial expression like that!
