Jam operasional yang tertera di map tidak sesuai. Saya datang hari sabtu 14 Februari 2026 jam 11:43 bank tutup. Padahal di maps tertulis open 08:00-15:00.
Slow service, ineffective because you have to go back and forth. I just want to open a savings account, but the requirements are sooooo complicated. You have to use this app, and it can't be done directly, but the app is also complicated. What if parents who don't understand the app want to open one? If you don't really need an account from this bank, it's better to skip it 🙌🏼
The application sometimes has errors. It should accept all TFs from the factory. I haven't received it yet.
