Beware! Banco de Bogotá is not a secure bank; it allows your security as a financial user to be compromised. It doesn't safeguard the monetary assets it supposedly guarantees. They allowed them to steal the money that was supposed to be safe with them. A few days ago, under a savings account I had at Banco de Bogotá, they carried out all sorts of strange breaches that only the bank could have changed. They stole several million pesos, and Banco de Bogotá brazenly washed their hands of it. To be clear, I never lost my card; I keep my products under various security protocols (encrypted, in secret pockets, tokenized, and every other security protocol the bank recommends). Even so, the bank allowed them to breach each one. This bank is a disaster with absolutely no security for its users. They made seven suspicious transactions for the same amount, and the bank never blocked or stopped them. They post the wrong hours and do nothing to fix it. It says it's open until 2 PM, but the staff only work until 11 PM at the latest. Out of 10 stars, I give it -100. What terrible service this bank provides! Nobody should waste their savings and money on such awful service. At this bank, you have to pay for terrible service. It's a great honor for me to report them to the Superintendency and the Consumer Protection Agency.

The service is slower than the subway at rush hour; it's definitely a branch that big with so many customers and only 3 tellers.
